Services we do NOT Provide

Major Electrical Work

  • we do not run new wire, but will work with existing wire.

  • we do not repalce or install circuit boxes, but will diagnose and replace circuit breakers.

  • we do not rewire houses, but will update all switches/outlets in a house.

Major Plumbing Work

  • we do not run new pipes, but will work with existing pipes.

  • we do not repair sewer lines, but will remove clogs.

  • we do not re-plumb houses, but will install system accessories (valves, arrestors, water softeners, etc.).

Major Carpentry Work

  • we do not replace structural support, but will reinforce structural support.

  • we do not build new structures, but will modify existing structures (decks, sheds, etc.).

  • we do not build additions, but will build partitions (a dividing wall within a room).

Major Handyman Services

  • we do not do any jobs over $1,000 but will do any job up to $1,000 on contract.

  • we do not install brand new yard fences, but will repair existing fences.

  • we do not do any roofing work on houses, but will do roofing on sheds.
